But behind the bright lights and beautiful brutality of the fights lie complicated individuals and dark truths.

On “Dark Side of the Cage”, I helped develop the series concept and shape the spectrum of stories, making sure they weren’t just surface-level “fightographies”, but episodes that reveal how messy, human and downright surreal life around the cage really is.

From viral street‑fighting icons to mysterious deaths in the desert, the first season of “Dark Side of the Cage” packed a punch, becoming one of VICE TV’s top series premieres of the year, and the series is now streaming on Hulu.
